Application to the Village Board of Trustees seeking the issuance of a Special exception use permit pursuant to 263-25 of the Village Code for Tax Map No. 67.36-2-20(2), Property Address 864 Route 22. The application seeks issuance of said permit for proposed change from current existing nonconforming mixed use to a proposed nonconforming a two-family residential use.
